Detroit-style pizza is coming to Tottenham

Tottenham, Greater London

Tottenham is part of our North London plan. Dough Dohs began in Leicester with Detroit-style pizza: thick, square and baked in a steel pan. We're planning one kitchen to cover Tottenham, Edmonton, Palmers Green and Enfield, not a separate kitchen in each area. We aren't delivering in Tottenham yet. Join the Tottenham DOH List to hear first when that changes.

What is Detroit-style pizza?

Give dough 72 hours to ferment and you get the airy middle we're after. Then the rectangular pan takes over: the bottom bakes crisp and the cheese pushed right to the rim browns against the steel. Those crispy cheese edges are what make every corner count.

Delivery only. Dark kitchen.

Tottenham, Edmonton, Palmers Green and Enfield will all be covered by one North London dark kitchen. That means delivery only, with no sit-in or takeaway counter. It's the same single kitchen for all four areas, not four sites.

What’s on the menu

Tottenham's line-up will come from the same kitchen as Edmonton, Palmers Green and Enfield: the full menu, from Hot Honey Pepperoni to Nashville and Carnivore. Nothing is live here yet. Put your postcode on the Tottenham DOH List so you hear about that one North London kitchen first.

The same menu as our Leicester kitchen. Every pizza comes with a free dip.
