What is Detroit-style pizza?
The secret is patience. Our dough rests for 72 hours before baking, so it's full of air and flavour. In the pan, cheese runs right to the sides and fries into crispy cheese edges while the base turns golden underneath.
Delivery only. Dark kitchen.
Dough Dohs Nuneaton will be a delivery-only dark kitchen. There won't be a dining room, just a kitchen doing one thing well.
