Detroit-style pizza is coming to Enfield

Enfield, Greater London

Enfield, we've got North London in our sights. Dough Dohs started in Leicester making Detroit-style pizza with a deep, airy base and a crunchy cheese border. Our plan is one kitchen covering Enfield together with Edmonton, Palmers Green and Tottenham. We aren't delivering in Enfield yet. Join the Enfield DOH List to hear first when that changes.

What is Detroit-style pizza?

Time does the first part: our dough ferments for 72 hours so it bakes light and full of flavour. The steel pan does the next, crisping the bottom while cheese melts against the sides and turns into crispy cheese edges. Thick, square pizza, with crunch right round the outside.

Delivery only. Dark kitchen.

Enfield won't be a separate site. The same single North London dark kitchen will cover Enfield, Edmonton, Palmers Green and Tottenham. One delivery-only kitchen for four areas, with no dining room or counter.

What’s on the menu

When our shared North London kitchen opens, Enfield will be part of the full-menu plan alongside Edmonton, Palmers Green and Tottenham. Think Cheeseburger, Veg Out and The Rib, all from one kitchen. For now, join the Enfield DOH List and tell us your postcode so we can keep you posted.

The same menu as our Leicester kitchen. Every pizza comes with a free dip.
