Detroit-style pizza is coming to Palmers Green

Palmers Green, Greater London

Palmers Green, we're planning something square. Dough Dohs started in Leicester with Detroit-style pizza done properly, and our next North London plan is one kitchen covering Palmers Green alongside Edmonton, Tottenham and Enfield. We aren't delivering in Palmers Green yet. Join the Palmers Green DOH List to hear first when that changes.

What is Detroit-style pizza?

Our dough gets 72 hours to ferment before it meets the pan. That gives each thick slice a light, open middle rather than a heavy bite. Cheese goes right to the steel walls, where it caramelises into crispy cheese edges, with a crisp base underneath.

Delivery only. Dark kitchen.

Palmers Green will share the same single North London dark kitchen with Edmonton, Tottenham and Enfield. It's delivery only, with no dining room or counter — one kitchen covering four areas, not four separate kitchens.

What’s on the menu

The plan for Palmers Green is the full Dough Dohs menu from that shared kitchen, including The Red Stripe, Butter Chicken and Honey Brisket. Edmonton, Tottenham and Enfield will be covered by the same kitchen too. Join the Palmers Green DOH List and add your postcode while we're getting ready.

The same menu as our Leicester kitchen. Every pizza comes with a free dip.
