Dough Dohs bakes square pizzas in deep steel pans: a tall, light base, sauce on top, and cheese pushed to the edges until it goes golden and crunchy. We're not delivering in Mansfield yet. We'd rather tell you that plainly and let you join the Mansfield DOH List, so you hear first when we're ready.

What is Detroit-style pizza?

The base is a 72-hour dough, fermented slowly so it's airy rather than heavy. Baked in the pan, the bottom crisps up and the cheese that touches the sides caramelises into the crispy cheese edges that make Detroit-style different from a round pizza.

Dough Dohs Mansfield will be a dark kitchen: delivery only, no dining room. Everything about it is set up for pizza that arrives hot.

Mansfield deserves more than another round pizza. Our Mansfield plan is simple: bring The Rib, Carnivore, Cheeseburger and the rest of the menu to a kitchen built for Detroit-style pizza and nothing else. Nothing is open in Mansfield yet.
