If you haven't had Detroit-style pizza before, think thick, square and built in a pan: soft and airy in the middle, crisp underneath, and finished with an edge of cheese that's caramelised against the tin. What is Detroit-style pizza?
We give our dough 72 hours to ferment before it ever sees an oven. That's where the flavour and the open, bubbly texture come from. Cheese is spread right out to the corners so it melts into the pan and turns into crispy cheese edges.

Our Preston site will be a dark kitchen, which means delivery only. No sit-in, no counter, just a kitchen focused on getting a hot pizza to you.
What’s on the menu
Preston is the first Lancashire city on our list. Imagine a Hot Honey Pepperoni or a Nashville lifted straight out of the pan, edges still crackling. We can't bring either to Preston just yet, but the DOH List gets you the news before anyone else, and every Preston sign-up moves us a step closer.
