Detroit-style pizza is coming to Coventry

We're bringing Dough Dohs to Coventry. Our thing is Detroit-style pizza: baked in a rectangular pan, thick and fluffy inside, with a crunchy bottom and a frame of crispy, caramelised cheese around every slice. Coventry isn't live yet, and we won't take orders there until it is. Join the Coventry DOH List to be first in line.
What is Detroit-style pizza?
Our 72-hour dough is the starting point. Three days of fermentation make it lighter and tastier, and the steel pan does the rest, frying the base crisp and turning the cheese at the edges into a golden, crunchy crust.
Delivery only. Dark kitchen.
In Coventry we'll operate as a dark kitchen, so it's delivery only, with no restaurant to walk into. Just pizza, made to be delivered.
