Detroit-style pizza is coming to Edmonton
Edmonton, Greater London
Dough Dohs is heading for North London from one kitchen that will cover Edmonton, Palmers Green, Tottenham and Enfield. Started in Leicester with Detroit-style pizza done properly. We aren't delivering in Edmonton yet. Join the Edmonton DOH List to hear first when that changes.
What is Detroit-style pizza?
Detroit-style starts with the dough and finishes at the edges. Ours ferments for 72 hours before going into a rectangular steel pan. That slow rest makes the middle airy, while cheese pressed against the sides bakes into crispy cheese edges and the base turns crisp underneath.
Delivery only. Dark kitchen.
Our North London kitchen will be one dark kitchen (delivery only) covering Edmonton, Palmers Green, Tottenham and Enfield — not four separate sites.
