What is Detroit-style pizza?

We ferment our dough for 72 hours, which gives a light, open bite you don't get from a quick dough. It's pressed into a steel pan, covered with cheese right out to the walls, and baked until those crispy cheese edges form.

Our Hounslow kitchen will be a dark kitchen: delivery only, no dine-in and no counter. It's built purely to cook and send out pizza.
