Liverpool is on our list. Dough Dohs makes Detroit-style pizza, baked square in a heavy pan with a tall, airy base and edges of cheese cooked until they're crisp and caramelised. What is Detroit-style pizza?
Every Dough Dohs base is a 72-hour fermented dough. It's that long rest that makes the inside light and the flavour deeper. Baked in steel, the cheese at the edges crisps into the crunchy border that defines Detroit-style.
Delivery only. Dark kitchen.
Our Liverpool kitchen will be a dark kitchen, so delivery only: no seating, no counter. Everything goes into the pizza and the journey to you.

Liverpool, we're coming with square pizza and no apologies. The plan is the full Dough Dohs menu, with Hot Honey Pepperoni, The Red Stripe, Butter Chicken and Honey Brisket all coming out of the pan the same way they do at home. We aren't in Liverpool yet, but join the DOH List and you'll hear the Merseyside news first.
